Pegasus Airlines Charged Me Twice for One Ticket and Hasn’t Resolved the Issue

I purchased two tickets from Pegasus Airlines. The first ticket was successfully issued, and the payment was processed. However, the second ticket was not issued, yet the payment was deducted from my account. In other words, I was charged twice for the same ticket. I canceled the first ticket, and its refund was processed today, but the reason for the second charge remains unclear. I contacted Pegasus three times but could not get a resolution. I also contacted my bank, which confirmed that the payment was deducted and provided me with the transaction code, but Pegasus has not resolved the issue. The same problem happened to my friends as well. Please resolve this issue. I am a student and have lost ₺1,600 for no reason. As seen in the screenshot, I purchased a single flight, which I later canceled, but I was charged twice within six minutes.
