Tickets.com Sold Non-Existent Tickets And Took My Money

I purchased a flight ticket from https://tickets.com.tr/ and made a reservation with the booking number MXJ8Q6Q4, which I paid for. However, the reservation was canceled without my consent. When I visited the website, it indicated that the cancellation was made at my request, but I never made such a request. I immediately tried to contact customer services, but the provided number was not in use. After searching for the correct number on the site, I called a different department. The representative informed me that there was no available space, and my booking was canceled. I emphasized that I wanted the ticket, not a refund, but the representative abruptly ended the call. In the end, I received no service after making the payment. Additionally, my bus ticket for the transfer to the flight became invalid because it was non-refundable. I purchased it after paying for the flight ticket on tickets.com.tr, but they canceled it without any consideration for the customer. They sold non-existent tickets and caused me significant inconvenience.
