Booking Flights on Tickets.com Was a Dull Experience

I recently purchased an international flight ticket from the website Tickets.com.tr. The site assured me that the ticketing process was underway. However, as night fell, I received notice from the airline that my booking had not been approved, and they promised a refund. I'm baffled as to why such a sale is allowed to proceed in the first place.

Relying on the credibility of the site, I refrained from booking elsewhere, only to find that ticket prices surged during this process. When I attempted to communicate with the company, I received the same unhelpful response repeatedly. It appears the company lacks any concern for customer satisfaction.

I chose this Turkish company in support of our local businesses, hoping our country would benefit. Unfortunately, the outcome has been nothing short of a letdown. If you've googled Tickets.com.tr and are considering booking, think twice about the reliability of their services.
