For my October 12 flight from Antalya to Istanbul, I booked reservation number 1653709336983633 through Trip.com for Ajet flight VF3043. After completing the payment, I received a confirmation message from my bank showing a charge of ₺985.03. However, Trip.com claimed that the payment had not been completed and asked me to pay again. Since I refused to make a duplicate payment, my reservation was canceled.
During this process, I contacted Trip.com customer service via both email and live chat, but all I received were generic, automated responses. No real assistance or personalized support was offered, and my issue was completely ignored.
Even though the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, Trip.com canceled my reservation as if it had not been paid. I am demanding a full refund of the ₺985.03 charged to my card without delay.
