I'm deeply frustrated with my recent experience on Tickets.com. On March 6, 2024, I purchased a ticket, only to be asked for an additional payment afterward. They instructed me to call customer service, but it's impossible to reach them. The service provided is extremely poor. I'm concerned about whether I'll get a refund.
