Pegasus Refused to Fully Refund My Insured Tickets Despite Repeated Calls

In September 2024, I purchased flight tickets from Pegasus with travel insurance, expecting peace of mind in case any changes or cancellations were needed. Unfortunately, when I had to cancel the flights, I did not receive a full refund—even though the tickets were insured.
I called Pegasus customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told, “We’ll get back to you.” But it has been months, and not a single representative has followed up. I’ve wasted so much time chasing this issue, and I’m deeply frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
If a customer pays extra for insurance, they should be protected and respected. Pegasus has failed me on both counts. I am asking—once again—for my full refund to be issued immediately. Please don’t make me chase this any longer. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the company.
