Thrifty Sharjah Airport Charged Me for Unverified Traffic Tickets

After returning from my trip to Dubai, Thrifty Car Rental at Sharjah Airport began sending me repeated emails claiming that I had received seven traffic violations. They then attempted to charge my credit card approximately $962 for these alleged fines.

I checked the official Dubai Police website, and there were no traffic fines associated with the rental vehicle. I have received legitimate traffic tickets in the past, and those fines always appeared on the same official website. These alleged violations do not appear anywhere.

I believed Thrifty was a reputable international company, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Attempting to charge my credit card for traffic fines that cannot be verified through the official records is unacceptable. I request a full explanation, proof of each alleged violation, and that no unauthorized charges be processed against my card.
