Thrifty Abu Dhabi Keeps Charging My Card Every Week
We rented a vehicle from Thrifty Rent A Car Abu Dhabi, and since then, we have been charged approximately $171 every week under a vague "transportation" fee.
The company has not provided any explanation for these recurring charges. We asked whether the charges were related to traffic violations or any other fees and requested that they send us an email with the details if that was the case. However, they have not provided any documentation or communicated with us in any way.
We are extremely frustrated by these unexplained weekly charges. How long is this going to continue? Charging $171 every single week without any explanation is completely unacceptable. We request a full explanation of these charges and an immediate resolution to this issue.
