Delayed Delivery from The Body Shop

On the same day, I made two purchases from The Body Shop, with order numbers 555WW5215L and 965BC3639A. Both were delivered by Jetizz, with the cargo numbers 2301333152 and 2301332823. My order date is June 10, 2023. It was delivered to the arrival cargo agency on June 13, 2023. It will be available for delivery for the first time on June 14, 2023. Today is the 18th of the month, and my cargo has still not arrived. This was the courier service provided by Aras Cargo. Many of my cargoes that I later gave to Aras Cargo have already arrived. The courier, who should have arrived sooner, never arrived. The Body Shop did not address this issue; it claims to have been sent, but the courier company only creates a record; it claims to have been delivered today, but it has not been delivered. I need my package delivered right away. I expect excellent customer service in return.
