Today is the 18th of the month, and my cargo has still not arrived. This was the courier service provided by Aras Cargo. Many of my cargoes that I later gave to Aras Cargo have already arrived. The courier, who should have arrived sooner, never arrived. The Body Shop did not address this issue; it claims to have been sent, but the courier company only creates a record; it claims to have been delivered today, but it has not been delivered.
