I made a deposit of ₹500 via UPI to my Stake casino account using the Stake INR deposit option, but the amount has still not been credited to my account even after 24 hours.
I have the transaction details and UTR/reference number, which clearly show that the payment was successfully completed on my side, yet my Stake balance has not been updated.
I tried to contact Stake customer support about this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far.
This situation is causing both inconvenience and concern, as my money is stuck without any clear explanation or resolution.
I request that my ₹500 UPI deposit be located and credited to my Stake casino account as soon as possible, or refunded back to my original payment method. I also request a clear explanation for the delay and the lack of response from support.
