Amazon and Aras Kargo Did Not Deliver My Order as Promised


On June 24, 2025, I was informed that my shipment had been dispatched around 11:30 AM. However, it was not delivered on the stated date. Similarly, on June 25, 2025, I received a message around 12:00 PM indicating that the package would be delivered within two hours. Despite these notifications, the shipment has still not been delivered as of today, June 27, 2025. What is more concerning is that, upon checking the shipment status via the link provided to me through my phone number, it falsely states that I refused delivery at 12:00 AM on the aforementioned dates. It is evidently impossible for me to have refused delivery at midnight for a package that was supposedly dispatched at 11:30 in the morning. This information is clearly misleading and inaccurate. Due to this unacceptable experience, I will no longer purchase products from sellers who use Aras Kargo as their shipping provider. I do not recommend this courier service under any circumstances.
