I purchased a 2025 Toyota C-HR as a disability vehicle, and it currently has 13,000 km on it. When I turn the steering wheel fully to the right or left, there is a loud knocking or clunking sound.
Because of this problem, I have taken the vehicle to Toyota Kardelen Service four times, but the issue has still not been resolved. Each time I visit the service center, I am told that the issue has been reported to Toyota’s headquarters and that they are waiting for a response. However, I have never received any direct response from Toyota’s head office.
It is unacceptable to experience such a problem with a brand-new vehicle, especially one purchased as a disability vehicle, and then receive no effective solution. Instead of having a defect-free and reliable vehicle, I am left dealing with a problem that makes me concerned about both safety and usability.
For this reason, I request a replacement vehicle. I ask that my grievance be resolved urgently; otherwise, I will have no choice but to initiate legal action to protect my rights.
