FamPay User Accidentally Sends ₹500 to Wrong UPI ID and Requests Refund

I made a wrong UPI transaction through FamPay by scanning a QR code on March 9, 2026. An amount of ₹500 was accidentally sent to the wrong person.
The UTR number for this transaction is 606839321030, and the transaction ID is FMPIB4808535532.
After realizing the mistake, I contacted FamPay support and informed them that I had sent the payment to the wrong UPI ID, and I also shared all the transaction details. However, my issue has still not been resolved, and the money has not been returned.
I request that FamPay urgently investigate this incorrect UPI transfer and either refund the ₹500 or reverse the transaction back to my account as soon as possible. I would also like to be informed about the outcome of this investigation.
