Testora Scam And Unresponsive Support

I was recently charged for a Testora subscription even though I did not complete or approve the payment. I initiated the process via Instagram, but I denied the payment through Wise. Despite this, the amount was still taken from my account today under transaction reference number #3769340112 in Wise. After noticing the charge, I contacted Testora via email at [email protected] and [email protected]. So far, I have only received automated responses stating that the issue will be handled, but I have not received any clear confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled or that a refund will be issued. I request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive a full refund for the charge made today, along with written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
