I Cannot Cancel Testora Subscription

I have a subscription with Testora that I am unable to cancel, and I also cannot access my account. When I try to log in using my details, the system says there is no account linked to my information. Despite this, Testora continues to deduct money from my credit card every month. Since March, an amount of €36,04 has been charged monthly, and the most recent deduction took place last week. The payments are taken from my card ending in 7704. Because I cannot log in, I am also unable to reach Testora customer service or manage my subscription through the platform. I request that my subscription with Testora be cancelled immediately and that all amounts charged from March onwards be fully refunded. I also expect a clear confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my card.
