I recently took what was advertised as a free online IQ test from Testora on my phone in the United States. After completing the test, I was apparently enrolled in some sort of paid service or subscription without my clear consent or without any transparent option to manage or cancel it. I never created an account with Testora, and I have never knowingly agreed to any ongoing paid membership. Despite this, I have been charged $39.98 in March 2026 and another $39.98 in April 2026 in USD on my Apple Card. When I realized there was a charge after the free test, I tried to cancel before any trial period ran out, but I could not find any clear or working way to cancel the service. I am still not able to understand how to cancel this so‑called subscription. I attempted to contact Testora using several customer service email addresses that were presented as support contacts, but all of my emails bounced back and I have received no response from Testora at all. At this point I feel that I am being charged for a service I neither use nor properly agreed to, and I am unable to stop the payments through the channels provided by the company. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that has been started in my name related to this Testora IQ test and the charges on my Apple Card. I also ask that my details not be used for any further billing without my explicit, informed consent.
