Unexpected Charge For Testora Subscription

I used Iq Testora to purchase a one-time IQ test for $6.93. I did not agree to or intend to start any kind of subscription. Despite this, on July 10th I was charged $39.98 via PayPal as a subscription payment without my clear consent. This amount is being taken from my credit card through PayPal automatically. I contacted my bank and was told I need to wait three days before they can open a dispute for this transaction. I also have a confirmation email that clearly reflects my intention for a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. I request a full refund of the $39.98 that was charged without my authorization, immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name, and a guarantee that there will be no further charges to my PayPal account or credit card in the future.
