Testora IQ Charged Me Without Consent and I Cannot Cancel

I recently discovered a debit on my bank account from Testora IQ in the amount of 287,94 MAD dated 25/03/2026, corresponding to an IQ test and/or subscription that I have never used and for which I have never knowingly subscribed. I never consumed any service, I never received any IQ test result, and I firmly contest this charge which appears to be an error. The payment was taken from my Mastercard bank card ending in 2102. I tried to find a way to contact Testora IQ via their website but did not find any effective contact method, which leaves me with no direct solution to clarify or resolve this situation. Through this complaint, I formally request the immediate and full refund of the 287,94 MAD debited without my consent, the immediate and definitive cancellation of any subscription or commitment that may have been associated with my name or my card, as well as the complete deletion of all my personal data from your systems as a matter of urgency. I ask you to treat this request as a priority and to confirm to me, in writing, the refund, the cancellation and the deletion of my data.
