Shinyforce Has Not Shipped My Order After 13 Days

I placed an order for a New Era Black Zip hoodie from the Shinyforce website on 13 October 2026 with order number 46360. During the purchase, it was stated that the product would be shipped within at most 7 days, however 13 days have passed and my order has still not been dispatched. Other than the initial order confirmation, I have not received any further information or updates about my order status during this period. I tried to reach Shinyforce via WhatsApp but I could not establish healthy communication and I did not receive a proper response. I request that my order numbered 46360 be shipped immediately and that I be informed clearly about the shipment process. If the product cannot be shipped without further delay, I expect my situation to be resolved promptly in my favour.
