Testora IQ Charged Me Again Without Consent After One Time Payment

I used the Testora IQ online IQ test service from Canada and agreed to what was clearly presented as a one-time payment of 9.85, which was charged to my credit card on April 9. I did not select, request, or approve any kind of subscription. Despite this, today I was charged again, this time 54.96, which is a substantial and unexpected increase compared to the original amount. I did not receive any confirmation emails or documents about a subscription, nor was I informed in a clear way that my one-time payment would turn into recurring charges. I have also not been able to find or reach any Testora IQ customer service channel to resolve this issue. I request a full refund of the latest 54.96 charge that was taken from my credit card without my clear consent and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been started in my name. I also expect written confirmation that my account has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
