Tesla Paint Peeling and Bad Warranty Coverage

I received my vehicle at the end of November. Following that, I traveled from Istanbul to Diyarbakir without any incidents or collisions. When I arrived in Diyarbakir, I brought my car to a car wash for an exterior wash. I waited by the car. After the wash, I observed that the paint had peeled off in the bottom sections of both rear doors, known as the underbody area, which is about the size of a hand. As time passed, I noticed more paint chipping off. I first contacted them via email, followed by phone. Following the phone representative's instructions, I used the Tesla phone app to submit a service repair inspection request. Initially, they said they couldn't come. Later, they stated that mobile service will be delivered to Diyarbakir, and a referral was made. On February 7th, the mobile service representative Mr. E*** conducted an inspection and control and decided that there was "paint peeling, with no damage or collision." He took images and videos of the system to use as a report on the computer system, which he claimed could be viewed via the mobile app. Despite my request for a written report, he stated that owing to a lack of printers, they were unable to produce a written inspection report for the service inspection. Mr. G***, a Tesla representative, called me this morning, February 16th. He stated that the examination had been completed and that Tesla bore no responsibility or obligation, implying that a chemical had been spilled or that road salt had harmed the car through chemical breakdown. He asked if I had recorded the phone call. When I replied no, he threatened to file a complaint and report against me unless I recorded it. Later, I mentioned the problem again to Ms. T**** by calling Tesla Turkey's support line. She asked that I write a lengthy email and resend the images. As a result, I summarized the method as described above. The paint peeling on the lower areas of both rear doors of the vehicle I purchased has gotten worse.
