Serious Paint Damage On Brand-New Tesla Model Y



I purchased a Tesla Model Y in Solid Black on June 28. Although it's unclear whether the vehicle was in transit or during transportation, the paint was already damaged due to bird droppings. Unfortunately, someone attempted to fix the issue, but the intervention made things worse. The polishing compound they used splattered across the entire vehicle, leaving irreversible damage. It is nearly impossible to reach a Tesla representative via live support. Despite residing in Istanbul, I was forced to accept delivery in Kocaeli – supposedly the new delivery location. The area was dusty and unclean, making it difficult to properly inspect the vehicle at the time due to a thick layer of dirt. Since the car was headed directly for PPF (paint protection film) installation, I did not have it washed beforehand. It was only when I took it to the PPF specialist that I was informed of the serious paint damage. I paid nearly 2 ₺million for what was supposed to be a brand-new vehicle and waited over a month for delivery. This situation is completely unacceptable. I demand that Tesla take immediate steps to resolve this issue and offer an appropriate remedy for the damage and the unacceptable delivery experience.
