I'm considering a high-end electric car and eyeing the Tesla Model S. What is the quality of the interior materials?

Most people agree that the Tesla Model S's interior is of high quality, but opinions can vary depending on personal tastes.

The car has high-quality materials, like a panoramic sunroof, vegan leather seats, and a steering wheel wrapped in wood. You can also choose higher-end options like Nappa leather and Alcantara headliners. A minimalist style was used to design the interior, which has a clean, open look with a strong focus on functionality.

The Model S uses modern technology, and it has a big touchscreen in the middle that controls most of the car's functions. The back seats have their own entertainment system, which adds to the high-tech feel of the interior. The car has enough room and comfort for five adults, and the seats are well-shaped and supportive to make sure a smooth ride. The quality of the construction is good, with few creaks and rattles and tight panel gaps.

On the other hand, the Model S might not have as high-end materials and finishes as some of its high-end competitors, such as Mercedes-Benz and Audi. While vegan leather is strong, it might be more likely to get scratches and tears than good animal leather. On the inside, most of the controls are on the touchscreen, which may be harder for people who are used to buttons and knobs.
