Poor Service Experience at Tesla for Bumper Repair
My experience with Tesla's service in Turkey has been deeply disappointing. Following damage to my Tesla's bumper, I was directed to Bursa Inallar Ovaakça Service by Tesla. Despite being a certified service center, they delayed placing the order for damaged parts for 2-3 weeks, citing high workload. When I questioned the delays and mismanagement, they unprofessionally suggested I take my car back and threatened to close my case if I was dissatisfied.
After over two months, the bumper repair was completed with poor workmanship. The paint job was riddled with flaws, and the clips were not properly attached. I had to return to the service center and later fix the clips myself. This was the worst service experience I’ve had in Turkey, and I expect Tesla to address this immediately.
I’ve previously recommended Tesla to many in my circle, but this experience forces me to share my negative feedback instead. If such a process occurred for a simple bumper repair, I dread what might happen with a more serious issue. I’m seriously considering selling my Tesla and cannot recommend it after this ordeal. Tesla must step in to improve its service network in Turkey!
