Tesla Model Y Sold as New Found with Paint on Hood and Trunk
Nine months ago, I purchased a brand-new Tesla Model Y Standard Range in Ankara. Today, when I tried to sell the vehicle, the inspection company Otorapor informed me that the hood and trunk had been repainted. When I originally received the car, it was delivered as brand new and flawless, but I was never given any inspection report or documentation regarding its condition. The license plate is 06 *** 047 and the VIN number is XP7YGCFR3RB*. After discovering this, I attempted to contact Tesla customer service, but I received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable that a car delivered as new turns out to have prior paintwork, and the lack of accountability from the company has left me severely disadvantaged. I am demanding either a refund, replacement vehicle, compensation, or at the very least a full and transparent explanation. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
