Tesla Delivered with Scratches & Wiper Motor Issue – Poor Quality Control

I went to pick up my Tesla on December 25, but due to the rainy weather, the car was delivered wet, making it impossible for me to inspect it properly. Upon driving it, I immediately noticed a problem with the wiper motor, which was making excessive noise while operating. I reported the issue, and Tesla replaced the wiper motor.
Today, with clear weather, I took my car for a wash and finally had the chance to inspect it in detail. To my shock, I discovered multiple scratches on the hood, and it was clear that a poorly done polishing job had attempted to cover them up. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.
I have attached photos from the day of delivery and the scratches for reference. I demand Tesla to take responsibility for this issue and provide a proper resolution. This experience has been a major disappointment, and I expect my car to be delivered in perfect condition, as it should have been from the start.
