I am a customer who made a purchase with the code RN118865196 for a Tesla Model Y. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the situation. I canceled my order, but my deposit has not been refunded.
Upon placing my order, I made the decision to cancel it due to certain reasons. Based on my understanding of Tesla's payment and refund policies, I believed that the deposit could be refunded under certain conditions. I believe that these conditions are in line with the circumstances of my order.
Regrettably, there has been no development in regards to the refund of my deposit since the cancellation of my order. Even after contacting customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive a definitive solution or a response that meets my expectations.
I must admit, this situation has really eroded my confidence in the Tesla brand. I kindly request that Tesla prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly process the refund of my deposit. In addition, I would appreciate a resolution to this process that is more transparent and efficient.
