I placed an order for a Model Y through Tesla Turkey with the order code RN118925138. Afterward, I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund of the deposit. I was taken aback when Tesla responded by sending an invoice that seemed unfair and inappropriate, claiming it was for an order processing fee. They made it clear that they would not be refunding the deposit. I am feeling quite uncertain about future transactions due to this unexpected and unreasonable action by a globally trusted brand.
