Tesla Model Y Order Cancelled, Deposit Not Refunded

Approximately ten days ago, I purchased a Tesla Model Y, reserving it under my company's name. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the order had to be canceled, and I had to ask for a refund of the deposit. Interestingly, Tesla informed me that a deposit refund was not possible. Even though the order was canceled, the deposit has not been refunded, and there has been no communication regarding the cancellation or the lack of refund.
I'm angry because I can't make a new order, and I'm disappointed by the poor customer service. Given these concerns, I have decided to pursue legal action.
