Tesla Did Not Refund My Deposit After I Canceled My Order
I canceled my Tesla Model Y order online on August 5, 2025, but the ₺140,000 deposit taken from me has still not been refunded, which is extremely disappointing. I made the payment by credit card on July 30, 2025, and my order number is RN125360328. After the cancellation, I repeatedly contacted customer service and was given different dates each time: first 30 business days, then the 4th, then Friday of this week. Yet, no refund has been credited to my account. I was clearly told, both over the phone and through online messages, that the deposit could be refunded within 15 days, but none of these promises were kept. This was my first purchase with Tesla, and it is truly disheartening to face such a loss from such a major brand. I am requesting that my 140,000 ₺ deposit be refunded immediately without further delay.
