Temu Says My Order Was Refunded but I Still Did Not Get My Money Back
I made three different orders on Temu on April 15 and canceled them immediately. It’s been a month and a half, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Whenever I reach out to Temu, they consistently tell me that the refund has been processed, yet I still haven't seen any return in my bank account. I’ve verified with my bank, and they have confirmed that no refund has been issued. I feel overlooked and deceived, as if I'm receiving the same pre-prepared responses just to prolong the situation. I anticipated a more dependable experience from a platform such as Temu. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly and my refund processed without any additional delays.
