On August 28, 2025, at 16:21, I placed an order on the Temu website for sunglasses, a belt, and a bikini. The full payment of ₺1,382.50 was successfully charged to my credit card, and I used the email address d*****@gmail.com** during checkout.
However, after payment, I received no order confirmation, no order number, no tracking number, and no details at all. Neither the Temu app nor the website shows any record of my purchase, as if the order never existed. This is extremely concerning given that my money was taken.
I immediately reached out to Temu live chat support, but no useful information was provided, and my issue remains unresolved. I have never experienced such a problem with Temu before, and it is unacceptable for a platform of this size to fail to confirm or track an order after charging a customer’s card.
I demand a detailed explanation regarding the status of my order and the payment. If Temu cannot provide proper order details, then I expect a full refund of ₺1,382.50 to be issued immediately.
