Temu Has Not Refunded My ₺1,986.74 Despite Returning Order On August 7

On August 7, 2025, I initiated a return request through the Temu app. The total amount of ₺1,986.74 should have been refunded to my credit card, yet to this day, the refund has not been processed.

When I contacted Temu customer service, they redirected me to my bank, saying the issue was on their side. However, when I reached out to my bank, they redirected me back to Temu, leaving me caught in a loop with no solution. To make matters worse, the refund has not been credited even within the timeframes Temu itself specified for returns.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with an online purchase, and it has left me extremely frustrated. I demand that my refund of ₺1,986.74 be credited back to my credit card immediately, without any further excuses or delays.

Temu must take responsibility instead of shifting blame and ensure that customers do not suffer financial losses due to such refund delays.
