Temu Refund Delayed for Over a Month — Bank Confirms No Refund Issued

On August 16, 2025, and August 22, 2025, I placed two orders on Temu (Order Numbers: PO-203-21359351452791313 and PO-203-08646247800951313). I canceled both orders immediately after realizing I had purchased them by mistake. However, even after a long time has passed, I still haven’t received a refund for the total amount of ₺4,308.75.
After canceling the orders, I contacted Temu customer service. Their representatives told me that the refund was delayed due to a bank issue and would be credited to my account within one month at the latest. However, I’ve called my bank several times and was informed that Temu has not initiated any refund process. Additionally, I haven’t received any updates or explanatory emails from Temu regarding this matter.
All payments were made by credit card, and the deducted amounts are clearly visible in my account statements. I request that the total amount of ₺4,308.75, which has been unfairly withheld, be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
