On April 18, 2025, I made a purchase on Temu totaling ₺1,724.35. I canceled the order shortly after placing it—on the same day. However, despite weeks having passed, I have still not received a refund. I have contacted Temu multiple times regarding this issue. I provided all the necessary documents, including my bank statement, transaction receipt, and the authorization number (provision code). Still, they have not processed my refund. My bank even sent me an official email confirming that no refund has been received. Temu has effectively taken my money. They are clearly delaying the refund process or outright refusing to refund me. Despite submitting all the documentation and my bank confirming no refund was made, I have received no resolution. This situation is both frustrating and unacceptable. I am requesting that my ₺1,724.35 refund be issued to my account immediately. If this is not resolved soon, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
