Temu Refund Not Showing: Returned Ceiling Fan but No Credit Received

On September 12, 2025, I returned a ceiling fan I had purchased from Temu. My return is registered under PO-203-11916586046070282-D01. Temu claimed that the refund was issued to my account as credit; however, no credit appears in my Temu mobile app, and I’m unable to use any refunded amount. The product cost of 1,908.00 TL has not been returned to me.
In my previous returns on Temu, I never experienced any issues and the refunds were always credited to my account. This time, however, I cannot reach anyone for support and customer service is unresponsive. I am requesting that my refund be reflected in my account as soon as possible.
If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue my legal rights. I also want this matter addressed urgently so that others do not experience the same problem.
