On October 4, 2025, I placed an order through Temu’s mobile app for a handheld spot welder designed for 18650 batteries. Although the product image and listing clearly showed a price of ₺780, my credit card was charged ₺1,700. Even with customs duties included, this amount is far higher than it should be. Furthermore, since Temu has no customer service or local office in Turkey, I have no one to contact regarding this issue.
I request a refund of the overcharged amount and demand that Temu take the necessary steps to prevent similar issues in the future. It is also essential that Temu establish a proper customer service department and local representation in Turkey as soon as possible.
