TEMU Missing Product Problem

Hello, I bought a product from Temu. The product came incomplete, but I liked the product and started using it. I asked for the remaining parts to be sent, but they told me that I had to return it and that there was no other solution. I said I like and use the product but with missing parts. Insistently, the only solution was to be returned, examined and then decided. The product already came in 26 days, I stated that it would take 3 months to send it back again. They cut it off saying that they had no other solutions. Customer service is bad... They keep repeating the same words.
