Temu Took My Money But Hasn't Delivered My Order or Given a Refund After a Month

I ordered a Temu product on July 26 and here I am more than a month later still waiting for it. The last update I got was on August 3rd; since then, there has been absolutely silence. They guaranteed me a refund should there be no updates within 27 days. After 28 days, not only have I not gotten any updates but my refund is also nowhere to be seen. Having contacted several times in search of a fix, all I find is the run-around. This whole situation has been really distressing, and I feel as though I have been left hanging without any appropriate closure. If you are considering ordering from Temu, I would advise you to rethink—orders do not appear to show up, and returning your money is quite difficult.
