Temu Marked My Missing Skynet Packages as Delivered

In May 2025, I placed a total of five orders on Temu. Three of those orders were split into 11 separate packages. While eight of the packages—shipped via Aras and MNG Kargo—arrived without issue, the remaining three, sent through a company called Skynet, never reached me.
Despite living in Antalya, the tracking information for these three packages falsely shows that they were delivered to an address in Bağcılar, Istanbul. When I tried to get in touch with the courier, I was redirected to a customs brokerage office in Istanbul, which makes absolutely no sense for a domestic delivery.
I’ve contacted Temu multiple times to explain the situation, but they continue to claim the items were delivered and refuse to issue a refund. This is incredibly frustrating. I never received these products and have no connection to the delivery location shown.
Temu, I demand a full investigation into this matter. These packages were never delivered to me, and I should not be denied a refund based on incorrect delivery records. Stop brushing customers off with automated replies and provide a real solution. My Skynet tracking number is: 710266788055.
