I placed an order on Temu on October 27 but canceled it the same day because I didn’t like the products. I was informed that the refund would be processed by November 26 at the latest, but it has now been 35 days, and I still haven’t received my money back.
When I contacted Yapı Kredi Bankası, they stated that a refund request was made, but the funds have not been credited to my account. I have never experienced such an issue with any other shopping site. Neither Temu nor my bank has provided a resolution, and this delay is unacceptable. I demand that my refund be processed immediately and that Temu take accountability for this inconvenience.
