I’ve made a few purchases from Temu in the past and even had the app installed on my phone. But today, while reviewing my Bonus credit card activity, I was shocked to discover that Temu had charged my card six separate times—on different dates—without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not place a single order during these times, and I received no confirmation, no shipping updates, and absolutely no packages at my address.

The total unauthorized charges add up to nearly ₺5,000. This is outright theft. I am financially impacted and emotionally drained by this situation. I demand an immediate investigation and full refund from Temu. People need to be warned—Temu, you must be held accountable for these unauthorized transactions. Fix this now and return every kuruş you took without my consent.

My problem is being scammed; 4,500 TL was withdrawn from my card 6 times without my knowledge. I have been victimized. I want this amount to be refunded to me in some way. Thank you.
