I ordered four negative-airflow and one positive-airflow computer fans, but instead, I received five positive-airflow fans. This is completely unacceptable; it's not what I ordered, and it makes my entire setup useless!
I immediately created a return request, including photos and the barcode as proof. Yet, my return was flat-out rejected, with TEMU claiming I received the "correct" product. The photos clearly show the mistake, yet they're ignoring undeniable evidence. This is infuriating; it's a blatant refusal to acknowledge their own error.
TEMU, you need to fix this immediately! Send me the correct fans I ordered, or issue a full refund. Stop denying valid return requests when the evidence is staring you in the face. This blatant disregard for order accuracy and customer satisfaction is disgraceful, and I demand a swift and proper resolution to this problem.
