Temu Refused My Return After Shipping Wrong Products

I experienced major disappointment with my Temu order PO-203-00952213322873141. Even though I ordered a cookware set, a fan, and a very stylish coat, completely unrelated items were delivered to my address in Batman Merkez. Instead of my order, I received 12 felt fan covers and a low-quality jacket.

I paid a total of $35 for this order. Since the wrong items were delivered, I submitted a return request through the Temu app and uploaded all the required photos. However, my return request was rejected, and when I contacted customer service, they told me the issue was not on their end but my own fault. Being sent incorrect products and then being held responsible for it has caused me significant frustration.

I request that the incorrect items be collected without any issues and that the full $35 I paid be refunded to me in full.
