On June 3, 2025, I accidentally made a purchase for ₺2,026 and immediately canceled it. I was told the cancellation was successful, yet the amount charged to my card has never been refunded. They initially claimed it would be processed within 2-5 days, but now 21 days have passed, and my money is still missing.

I've contacted Temu countless times, and they keep bouncing me back to my bank. I've called my bank 3-4 times, and they've explicitly told me that Temu simply hasn't issued the refund. My money was taken, but I never made the purchase and never received any product. This is a blatant theft and an international crime.

I am initiating legal action against Temu for this fraudulent activity. Temu, you need to return my ₺2,026 immediately! Stop playing games with my money and take responsibility for your failure to process a legitimate cancellation and refund. This is unacceptable, and I demand a swift and complete resolution.

There is absolutely no refund. Just stalling and evasion. The huge Temu does not give refunds.
