Temu Did Not Refund My Money to My Credit Card After Order Cancellation

On July 27, I canceled my purchase from Temu on the same day. My order number is PO-203-16986943706234076. I have been waiting for the refund of ₺633.68 to my credit card. Temu sent me a message saying the refund was reported to the bank, but when I spoke with my bank, I was told that no such notification had been made. Nearly a month has passed, yet the money has still not been credited to my account. When I contacted Temu customer service again during this process, I was told that their team was handling it, but I received no results. My bank also stated that they escalated the issue to higher authorities, but there has been no concrete progress. I request that the ₺633.68 from my canceled purchase be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
