Temu Refund Not Received
On July 23, 2025, I placed an order through Temu with the number PO-203-19469739281270318. Although I canceled the order, the amount of ₺1,874.54 was still charged to my card (QNB Enpara). I was informed by Temu that the refund would be processed within 5–14 days. However, despite this period having passed, no refund has been credited to my account. I contacted Temu customer service multiple times via in-app messages. Each time, I was told that “the refund had been processed and I should contact my bank.” When I reached out to my bank, I was informed that while the payment was collected, no refund transaction exists. I submitted my bank statement to Temu, and I was told that my case had been escalated. However, the process keeps repeating itself with no resolution. I kindly request the immediate refund of ₺1,874.54 to my account.
