On March 16, I placed an order for 4 items on Temu. However, I immediately changed my mind and requested a return the same day. I waited patiently for 15 days, hoping the refund would be processed. During that time, I contacted Temu customer service multiple times. They claimed the refund was already issued, but said the bank was the reason it hadn't been deposited.
So I reached out to my bank, and they clearly stated that there was no record of any refund or incoming payment from Temu. It’s now been nearly a month, and the money I paid is still missing—no refund, no product.
Temu, I need this resolved now. I followed all procedures, yet I'm the one left without my ₺. Either issue the refund immediately or prove that you sent it. I’m done with empty promises.
