Temu Keeps Saying “Contact Your Bank,” But Refund Never Sent

I made a purchase on Temu, but even though I canceled the order, I still haven’t received my refund of ₺1,757.28 since May 29. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Temu. Their support team keeps telling me to contact my bank, but when I do, the bank confirms that no refund has been processed.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a month, and I’m tired of being passed back and forth without any resolution. I demand that my refund be issued immediately and that my case be properly handled without further delay.
