I placed an order worth ₺1739 on Temu about four months ago, but I canceled it the very same day. Despite the immediate cancellation, I still haven’t received my refund. This ongoing delay is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely frustrated.
I’ve contacted Temu customer service multiple times, but all I ever get are copy-paste responses like “We’re sorry, please check with your bank.” I followed their instructions and spoke to my bank, who confirmed that there’s no issue on their end — the refund simply hasn’t been processed.
Temu keeps giving me the same scripted response, stalling the process instead of resolving it. I’m tired of being ignored and strung along by a platform that claims to be professional and customer-focused.
A refund should not take four months. This is a clear failure in customer service and refund management. I demand that Temu refund my money immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to take legal action and report the situation to the appropriate authorities.
